Development and realisation of an event-concept (public viewing and road show) in the framework of the European Soccer Championship

    To communicate the regional roots in the year of the anniversary.

    Analysis of the topic with special regard to the chances and dangers of Public Viewing events.

    Verification of the legal situation (UEFA, GEMA, etc.).
    Evaluation of potential medialisation.

    Co-operation with the “Südbadischer Fussballverband” (football association) and local soccer clubs who organised street soccer tournaments before the Euro-matches.
    Use of the common image dimensions "regional bonded" and "likeable".

  • Implementation

    Integrated communication of the “indoor public viewing tour” according to the elaborated concept:

    • brochure “European champion with energy”: Distribution in about 250’000 households of the region.
    • Radio: media co-operation with “Radio Regenbogen”
    • Print: media co-operation with “Wochenblatt” and “ Südkurier” (regional media)

    • Internet: special website on www.energiedienst.de


    Cost efficient realisation with a specialised team: F&Cie oversaw the technics and the moderation (moderator: Frank Rischmüller) while the well-rehearsed promotion- and event team from "Energiedienst" realised the promotional presence on sight.

  • Results:
    With 11 events, the NaturEnergie Indoor Public Viewing Tour reached substantial audiences and enhanced NaturEnergie’s awareness and image with all relevant constituencies.
