It starts with a questionnaire during a workshop with decision makers of the client to define specific objectives and criterias (incl. Key Performance Indicators (called KPI’s)). PerforMind™ helps you to answer these questions and weight them.
PerforMind™ automatically creates a first evaluation tier (incl. online questionnaire) based on your individual priorities and objectives. Sponsorship seekers are able to answer specific defined questions to propose their property to your company. Furthermore, the know in detail what the sponsor is looking forward not only based on a guidelines page. Obviously you are able to sent the questionnaire link individually to properties you would like to support.
At the same moment when a online questionnaire has been filled out and the proposal is being sent, a new proposal field shows up on the sponsors screen. This proposal has automatically been evaluated based on your criteria. You can save up to 80% of your time with PerforMind™ and save money by supporting only those properties which support your objectives. On top of that you can directly correspond with sponsorship seekers through the tool based on different letter models, e.g. you can tell them straight away that their proposals is currently being evaluated. Therefore, this process can be upgraded for external and internal constituencies by a positive brand experience for these sponsorship seekers.
A summary of each proposal file is automatically generated in the system and allows thus internal decision makers to define next steps very fast without leaving their office. Once the decision has been made different letter models allow a consistent and efficient answer to each of the proposal. PerforMind™ is used by our international clients also in CSR (social initiatives, giving, etc.).
Based on your individual objectives and KPI’s your existing partnerships can be analysed and evaluated with PerforMind™, too. Each partnership is saved in PerforMind™ and can be compared with other sponsorship: Strategic information about your portfolio can be generated by a mouse click.
Statistics and tailor-made reportings can be genarted easily and fast and allow to have a real-time view on all your activities. A excel export is available, too.
